Job Description

SCIGON is seeking a Product Owner to lead product direction and day-to-day prioritization for the product development team. This onsite role in Dallas, TX focuses on shaping the backlog and roadmap, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring the work reflects both business objectives and customer needs.

In this position, you will bring structure to product planning, partner with stakeholders across functions, and maintain visibility into key product performance signals such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product backlog
  • Ensure the product development team has a clear understanding of the product vision, goals, and requirements
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements with stakeholders including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
  • Align the product development effort with company goals and objectives while focusing on the highest-priority items
  • Continuously evaluate and prioritize backlog items using market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Act as the voice of the customer and keep the team focused on delivering a high-quality user experience
  • Track and report key product metrics, including product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a related role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate the product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills to balance competing priorities and target the highest-impact work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Creative Agency Experience or experience working closely with an agency
  • A creative mindset for reviewing assets and copy
  • Ability to review the current process and make recommendations for improvement
  • Experience working across multiple business unit levels and communicating effectively across groups
  • Web development and SEO experience would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, computer science, or business

Compensation and benefits

Salary: USD 93,750 - 125,000 per year.
