Job Description

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to support development of the UAS portion of the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) for the Army. Based in Huntsville, AL and working onsite, this role partners closely with the Army customer while contributing UAS subject matter expertise across an Agile/SCRUM delivery cycle.

In this position, you will help translate training needs into prioritized requirements, support decomposition and implementation, and provide hands-on expertise through verification, integration, test, documentation, delivery, and training.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Army customer to define, capture, derive, and prioritize applicable requirements for the RVCT training solution.
  • Provide UAS subject matter expertise to support requirement decomposition for Agile/SCRUM implementation.
  • Assist with verification, integration, test, documentation, delivery, and training of the training solution.
  • Offer subject matter expertise on UAS operations and required functionality to development and leadership teams.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 3-10 years or more experience. Four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • U.S. Citizen with an Active SECRET clearance.
  • Familiar with agile project management, including terminology.
  • Experience as Gray Eagle UAS Instructor Operator (Graduate of the Instructor Operator (IO) Course).
  • Experience with UAV ground control stations (GCS) and familiarity with UAVs/simulators, with preferred hours logged as 500 Hours Logged as IO in the sim and 250 hours logged as IO or AC in the Aircraft.
  • Knowledgeable of UAS training simulators and UAS terminology.
  • Must be local to Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate, and willing to travel as needed for program requirements.

Physical demands and schedule

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, with additional hours sometimes required.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.
