Continuously evaluate market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to guide product decisions
Own sprint planning and backlog grooming; participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups and sprint reviews
Represent the customer perspective to ensure customer needs lead product development
Partner with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to produce a cohesive product roadmap
Gather and prioritize product requirements using business objectives and user needs as inputs
Work with development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria
Communicate product requirements clearly and maintain cross-team alignment (product updates and progress for stakeholders)
Maintain a well-defined backlog aligned to overall product strategy
Define and prioritize product features based on business goals and user needs

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar software development product role
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Ability to balance technical and business considerations to make informed decisions
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience working with PCs and Data Entry
Willingness to take direction from Senior Team Members
Experience with Cherwell Service Management
Ability to write queries for use in Team Foundation Services
Experience with XML and interface tools such as Postman
Ability to write SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Ability to mentor new team members on Agile Software Development Practices
