Job Description

Lead product execution for architecture initiatives by owning the backlog, driving prioritization, and partnering with Scrum and Technical Product Management to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple project teams across concept, prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages
  • Develop and maintain project management schedules
  • Use professional project management tools and techniques to support reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling; delegate tasks appropriately
  • Manage change and provide timely leadership for key decisions
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value through the life of the project
  • Communicate Product Backlog priorities to the team
  • Serve as the key decision-maker on what product features will be included
  • Own the vision for what will be built and communicate it to the team

Requirements

  • Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools; ability to analyze situations and make productive decisions using informed judgment
  • Knowledge of leadership concepts; ability to engage others in setting, adopting, and achieving objectives
  • Knowledge of policies and techniques for managing a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to achieve program objectives while efficiently using technical and administrative resources
  • Knowledge of processes for identifying, evaluating, approving, monitoring, and documenting change; ability to manage changes in production environments and processes effectively
  • Knowledge of problem control and error control; ability to identify root causes of problems promptly and accurately and drive to resolution
  • Knowledge of AWS Platform, Run:AI, Infrastructure, CI/CD, GitHun Enterprise, ADO Integration, Security and Identity
  • Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of direct product ownership experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment

  • 5+ years of direct product ownership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is REQUIRED
  • PMP certification (Nice to Have)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired
  • Knowledge of Confluence desired
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desired

Pay range

USD 128,470 - 192,710 per year
