What Success Looks Like

  • In 3 months:
    • Develop a strong understanding of Bamboo Health’s products, customers, development processes, and tools.
    • Actively participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization discussions.
    • Independently document requirements, maintain product artifacts, and support release communications.

  • In 6 months:
    • Work closely with your PM and team to create a metrics and instrumentation framework to identify opportunities to unblock growth.
    • Collaborate with Design and your PM to run qualitative and quantitative user and customer research that drives feature design and prioritization.
    • Partner with your PM on high-level requirements, then break them down into execution-ready requirements and manage the work through release and launch.
    • Own and maintain your area’s near-term planned work, ensuring upcoming sprint work is well-defined, ready for execution, and aligned with quarterly roadmap priorities.
  • In 12 months:
    • Become the go-to subject matter expert on your product area, able to discuss current functionality, in-progress work, and what’s coming next quarter without needing to check with your PM first.
    • Operate in lockstep with your PM, managing day-to-day backlog and sprint execution while your PM focuses on strategy and stakeholder alignment.
