Product Owner (Sr Staff) - 1LMX SAP ERP / Asset Management
Job Description
Senior Staff Product Owner for the 1LMX SAP ERP and Asset Management portfolio, directing Build, hypercare, and operations and maintenance for the SAP S/4HANA Asset Management CLRP subteams within the program. This position is fully remote from Puerto Rico with occasional travel and requires US citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Guide the ongoing maintenance of the CLRP, EPPM, and CPM modules within the solution.
- Design and implement the O&M structure, processes, and plans to support the business areas.
- Ensure adherence to all established O&M processes by the operations team.
- Collaborate with IT product owners, business analysts, developers, and professional services (SAP, Deloitte, SearchPro) to achieve product objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CLRP Team during Build, Hypercare, and O&M periods for all program releases.
- Coordinate resource allocations between Build and O&M with IT product owners.
- Work with IT product owners to address production issues promptly by coordinating critical resource needs.
- Prepare and present eBRB development objects to the review board.
- Establish cross-training between Build and O&M resources in collaboration with IT product owners.
- Manage ServiceNow Assignment Groups, including controlling membership, monitoring tickets, and tracking metrics.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Knowledge-Based Articles.
- Oversee the development and deployment of BA specific training articles.
- Manage PagerDuty on-call services for Assignment Groups, including maintaining on-call and escalation schedules.
- Coordinate timely assignment and resolution of issues related to scheduled batch jobs.
- Provide support coordination with War Rooms during hypercare periods.
Requirements
- Experience in Asset Management with emphasis on Capital Long Range Planning, EPPM, and CPM modules.
- Configuration experience in SAP.
- Background in Project or Program Management and technical leadership.
- Demonstrated Agile experience.
- Experience with IT software implementations, particularly large ERP modernization projects.
- Ability to craft materials suitable for Executive level leadership and present effectively.
- Track record of engaging strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel as required.
- US Citizenship required due to system access program requirements (no dual citizenship).

Full-time remote telework is available for this position. Periodic travel to a Lockheed Martin office may be required for meetings.
Work Schedules
Lockheed Martin offers various alternate work schedules to provide flexibility. Schedules can include standard 40 hours over five days or condensed arrangements, in addition to paid time off benefits.
Schedule for this position
4x10 hour days per week, with 3 days off.
Pay Rate
The base salary range is USD 117,200 to 233,680 per year. In most major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York, the range is USD 134,900 to 233,680. For other locations, the range is USD 117,200 to 206,770. This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
