Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery to identify and prioritize meaningful problems by integrating market trends, customer insights, and internal opportunities
- Define solutions by guiding cross functional teams through collaborative solutioning, ensuring concepts are validated, feasible, and aligned with the ProviderTrust platform vision
- Support handoffs to delivery by preparing clearly defined solutions and ensuring the why and what are deeply understood
- Tell the story by communicating product direction through data informed narratives and artifacts that clarify plans for leadership and downstream teams
- Collaborate cross functionally to build open, trusting relationships with engineering, design, data, marketing, and client teams
- Lead by influence, creating space for diverse voices and shared success
- Model ProviderTrust values by showing authentic positivity, curiosity, integrity, and advocacy for diverse perspectives
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in healthcare, regulatory tech, or data platform environments is a plus
- Demonstrated success in leading early stage product discovery and solution definition
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions, including executives and C level stakeholders
- Proficiency with various product innovation frameworks
- Experience creating product artifacts such as problem statements, value propositions, opportunity assessments, and pitch decks
- Ability to think big and scale smart, balancing strategic ambition with operational feasibility
- Skilled in cross functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring clarity and structure where it is lacking
