Senior Product Manager

Centerfield is hiring a hands-on Senior Product Manager to define and deliver agentic applications that improve internal operations and partner capabilities within its customer acquisition ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for agentic applications that strengthen internal and partner capabilities across acquisition channels.
• Turn opportunities into clear requirements and take new products from concept to adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, data science, and operations teams to deliver impact quickly.
• Manage product trade-offs between short-term needs and longer-term scalability of agentic systems.
• Define KPIs for adoption, efficiency gains, and partner enablement, and drive accountability to outcomes.
• Build products that automate workflows while improving consumer interactions.
• Run experiments to validate use cases and iterate toward measurable improvements.
• Lead regular syncs and project updates with business stakeholders to maintain alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in SaaS, platform, or ecosystem product development.
• Proven ability to take 0 to 1 products from vision to market adoption, ideally in AI-driven or automation-focused domains.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and partner-facing platforms.
• Track record of delivering products that improve efficiency, decision-making, or business outcomes at scale.
• Agile product development experience, including management of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with the ability to set meaningful KPIs and support decisions with evidence.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning executives, technical teams, and external partners.
• Interest in AI and agentic applications, with curiosity to stay current on emerging trends.

Compensation

• Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 per year

• In-office expectation: come into the Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
