Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Drive product strategy and execution for TriNet solutions serving clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product leadership to shape long-term product and business direction
- Build product strategy and deliver against one or more roadmaps with stakeholder support
- Run market research and competitive data analysis to support continuous product discovery
- Create go-to-market strategy grounded in market and client needs
- Own initiatives from conception through launch, coordinating with Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver product improvements
- Work with cross-functional business partners to align on needs, identify dependencies, and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions
- Manage the product backlog by articulating benefits, maintaining order, and handling ongoing feature and bug requests
- Document planned work using epics and user stories for clarity and alignment
- Develop product collateral to support Marketing and Sales for new releases and launches
- Participate as an active member of a scrum team and attend all agile ceremonies
- Perform other duties as assigned and follow all policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Typically 5+ years of experience in product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst
- Typically 5+ years demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions that create value (preferred)
- Understands agile development methodologies, including Scrum
- Uses process and metrics-driven product management approaches
- Strong strategic thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional product launches
- Ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to lead and manage projects and facilitate team interactions, including handling conflict and competing priorities
- Produces results in a fast-paced, continually changing environment while managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with advanced proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS)

Location and Compensation
- Preferred location: Atlanta, GA
- Onsite role in Atlanta, GA
- Salary range: USD 89,600 to USD 168,000 per year
- External applicants in-office role must be based in Atlanta
- Internal candidates encouraged to apply; relocation to Atlanta may be considered, and remote hire may be available at the company’s discretion
