Senior Product Manager - Customer Order and Fulfillment Order Management Systems
Job Description
This role leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Customer Order and Fulfillment Order Management Systems that power the end-to-end post-purchase experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and advocate a world-class product vision and strategy for a multi-product portfolio.
- Shape the capabilities and roadmap with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Lead the execution of multiple Agile projects for Product Management, including requirements development.
- Ensure alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with executive priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Verify that business needs are met through product outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with high-performing engineering teams to deliver scalable software on time and with quality.
- Demonstrate technical literacy to build and enhance platforms, contributing to engineering discussions in a fast-paced environment.
- Advocate data-driven decision making to drive impact at a global scale.
- Uphold ethics, integrity, and the company mission and values.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with at least 5 years of product management experience.
- Option 2: 7 years of product management experience or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (or related area) with 4 years of product management experience, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, with familiarity of assistive technologies and accessible design integration.
- Fields often aligned with preferred Master’s degrees include Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
