Drive product strategy and delivery for GM’s autonomous vehicle roadmap, centered on common platforms, data, and search.

Contribute to defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer needs and market trends
Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align goals and priorities
Perform market research and competitive analysis to surface opportunities and threats
Develop and manage product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
Own and maintain product backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements by business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Work with UX/UI designers to shape user interfaces that are intuitive and compelling
Define and track success measures using OKRs and KPIs to guide decisions
Communicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners
Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategy and coordination across teams
Run post-launch analysis to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
Iterate continuously based on user feedback, evolving market trends, and business goals

5+ years product management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
Strong understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, including cloud data and data infrastructure
Ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward without a clear path
Strong accountability and ownership
Proven ability to balance tradeoffs across user needs and expectations, technical requirements and constraints, and business objectives
Demonstrated expertise in writing, integrating vision, strategy, and technical detail into a cohesive narrative

MBA or a master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline
Experience working on evaluation, data and metric products and pipelines

Hybrid role: report to the Warren, MI or Sunnyvale, CA office at least three times per week

Salary range (good faith estimate): $106,600 to $192,700 per year
Bonus potential: incentive pay program with payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance
