Senior Product Manager for Sensors & Devices at Radionix leads strategy and delivers a global IoT security product roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams to translate market requirements into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Convert strategic direction into actionable product roadmaps and plans.
• Oversee end-to-end development of new products and features.
• Lead readiness and execution for product launches across markets.
• Manage end of life and sunset processes for existing products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in product management, with preference for relevant experience.
• Excellent listening and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing a portfolio in a regulated industry, such as security products, is ideal.
• Technical understanding of Intrusion Control Panels, their connected devices, and the software ecosystem that defines them.
• Technical undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to present to customers and all levels of management.
• Experience applying product management processes including market segmentation, customer engagement, and requirements definition.

Compensation and Location
