Job Description

At TMS LLC, the Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain role in Irving, TX offers a hybrid, contract position to shape logistics, warehousing, and related product capabilities. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of supply chain products, lead data driven improvements, and explore opportunities in automation and AI across our systems. This role emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and integration partners while delivering timely, high quality releases that align with market needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, development, and refinement of logistics and warehousing features within the supply chain platform.
  • Advocate for the business perspective while collaborating with cross functional teams, including product, engineering, and integration partners.
  • Serve as the business process owner for Supply Chain, prioritizing initiatives by value and impact.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement efforts to enhance planning, reporting, analytics, and related technical elements of supply chain processes.
  • Continuously study warehousing and distribution market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to keep the product strategy aligned with market demands and business objectives.
  • Own the full lifecycle management of supply chain products from inception to release and optimization.
  • Tackle complex challenges requiring broad context, rigorous analysis, and data-driven decision making.
  • Drive on time delivery and maintain high quality across product releases.
  • After launch, monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and analyze data to refine features and optimize outcomes.
  • Foster clarity and alignment across large cross-functional teams through effective communication.
  • Stay current with emerging supply chain technologies such as automation, big data, and AI, and explore ways to apply them to strengthen product competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of product management experience or equivalent expertise.
  • More than five years of experience in the supply chain domain, specifically warehousing.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
