Job Description

Build AI-first product experiences for Amazon Key, partnering across hardware and software from early concepts through measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define, design, develop, and launch customer-pleasing products end to end, from concept to ship
  • Lead product strategy and vision using internal and external analysis, including AI-native and agentic AI experiences
  • Create clear, high-quality, and simple product roadmaps with crisp prioritization decisions
  • Write detailed business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications that engineering teams can execute from directly
  • Prototype solutions quickly and independently by producing mocks, wireframes, and basic functioning prototypes without waiting on engineering or design resources
  • Collaborate daily with software and hardware engineering teams, including participation in design reviews, trade-off decisions, and delivery unblocking
  • Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs across customer feedback, business opportunities, performance, and operational load
  • Surface and resolve strategic and technical issues early that could affect the team’s ability to meet goals
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by defining success metrics, tracking results, and iterating using data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and product definition
  • Experience delivering product features and making product trade-offs
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for multiple critical customer and stakeholder needs in executive-level prioritization and planning

Location: Austin, TX (onsite)

Compensation: USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year
