Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape AWS Field eXperiences (AFX) for ProServe and drive the roadmap for next-generation agentic tools. In this onsite role in Dallas, TX, you will build and orchestrate AI agents designed to automate administrative tasks for sellers, with the goal of reducing workload and improving sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools that change how AWS ProServe operates.
  • Build and orchestrate AI agents that collaborate to automate administrative tasks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions.
  • Deliver outcomes that measurably reduce seller workload while improving sales effectiveness.
  • Innovate and deliver disruptive value by expanding customer adoption and usage growth, while raising the bar for the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience representing and advocating for a range of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • Experience using analytical tools including Tableau, Qlikview, and QuickSight.
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
