Senior Product Manager - Technical, WW Prime - Member Growth - Retention

The Senior Product Manager (Technical) will set and execute a three-year product vision to improve Prime member retention on onsite retail shopping pages worldwide. This role partners with marketing, engineering, design, and executive teams, and collaborates with Prime Video and Amazon Music teams.

Role Focus

This position owns the strategy and product roadmap for Prime member retention on Amazon’s eCommerce site. The work spans onsite retail shopping page experiences worldwide and includes collaboration with benefit orgs such as Prime Video and Amazon Music. The role also supports churn mitigation through closely coordinated planning and delivery across global marketing teams and multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prime member retention strategy for onsite retail shopping pages worldwide.
• Develop and maintain a three-year vision and corresponding product roadmap.
• Partner with marketing teams, multiple engineering teams, and design to drive retention outcomes and churn mitigation on Amazon’s eCommerce site.
• Coordinate with Prime Video and Amazon Music teams to align retention strategy across benefit experiences.
• Work with marketing teams across global regions.
• Operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs for product decisions.
• Experience delivering products end to end.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing statistical analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
• MBA.
