  • Work closely with Technical Product Managers and the Scrum master to ensure successful execution of the roadmap.
  • Maintain user personas and journey maps to anticipate future needs.
  • Create annual and quarterly plans that align product groups to roadmap deliverables.
  • Independently manage direction updates for relevant product areas and drive user-centric outcomes with business and IT leadership.
  • Research and analyze market trends and user needs to shape the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners and Product Managers to share best practices and support alignment within a value stream.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (major or emphasis in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required).
  • 10+ years related experience, including leading technical teams, collecting business needs, and translating requirements to a technical audience.
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, with a track record of launching and managing products or platforms.
  • Certified Product Owner (CPO) required; SAFe preferred.
