Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager - Sourcing and Procurement
Job Description
Based in San Diego and working onsite, this role leads the sourcing and procurement product portfolio at ServiceNow, directing planning and roadmap execution for procurement solutions. The position partners with engineering, design, platform teams, and go-to-market colleagues to deliver outcomes that resonate with customers and drive business impact. The compensation package reflects a wide range, with annual base pay from USD 171,900 to 300,800.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate product plans and execute on the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build solutions that address Sourcing & Procurement industry challenges.
- Leverage knowledge of existing ServiceNow products and capabilities to ensure efficient delivery of new offerings.
- Influence horizontal products and platform roadmaps to capitalize on innovations across the ServiceNow portfolio.
- Work with ISV and SI partners to complement the product roadmap and bring holistic market solutions to life.
- Understand the competitive landscape and clarify ServiceNow's fit within the ecosystem.
- Drive product adoption by incorporating feedback from customers, partners, and field teams to refine the product and roadmap.
- Lead user experiences that deliver value to customers while delighting end users.
- Lead prototyping and early ideation of new features and capabilities.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer and translate insights into strategy and action for the organization.
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI's impact on the function or industry.
- 12+ years of enterprise application product management experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS.
- Ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.
- Experience building products on extensible platforms or within product ecosystems.
- Strong product sense with a track record of defining roadmaps, writing specifications, and shipping features that drive adoption and business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of source-to-pay processes: sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle, procurement operations.
- Familiarity with procurement personas (Category Managers, Procurement Directors, Supplier Relationship Managers) and their pain points.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities: customer requests, technical debt, innovation, and strategic initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial approach in dynamic, results-driven environments that include experience in both small and large organizations.
- Relentless focus on product-market fit and a willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions and recommendations; experience optimizing user experience through data.
- Excellent written and oral communication, capable of speaking to both engineers and customers.
- Self-directed with strategic thinking and tactical execution, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Growing thought leadership in Sourcing & Procurement industry trends, competitive landscape, and whitespace opportunities.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to start small and scale over time, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies across diverse organizations and environments.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and current applications portfolio is a strong plus.
