ServiceNow Product Owner

Build and evolve enterprise security solutions on the ServiceNow platform with support from a team that values clear product direction and reliable delivery. This remote (Detroit, MI) ServiceNow Product Owner role partners with Security Portfolio stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute improvements across SecOps, BCM, and custom security workflows, supported by structured Agile delivery.

What you’ll be doing

As the ServiceNow Product Owner for the Security Portfolio support team, you will lead the product vision and technical roadmap for enterprise security solutions. You will drive Agile delivery, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and help ensure commitments are met with quality and platform alignment.

• Own the vision, technical roadmap, and Agile delivery for enterprise security solutions on ServiceNow
• Oversee a suite of security products, including SecOps, BCM, and custom security applications
• Partner with Business Stakeholders, CISO leadership, Enterprise Architects, and Agile teams to support successful project delivery
• Prioritize the product backlog, enforce platform best practices, and ensure high-quality API integrations with third-party security tools
• Drive security automation initiatives, and oversee platform upgrades plus quality assurance processes

What you bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technical implementation within ServiceNow
• Proven capability delivering solutions across SecOps, BCM, and custom workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow table structures, workflow engines, ACLs, Script Includes, and catalog configurations
• Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, plus experience leveraging CSDM 4.0/5.0
