Job Description
Join T-Mobile USA, Inc. as a Sr Product Manager, Device Services in Bellevue, WA, onsite. You will lead the device services portfolio, including financing, trade, early upgrade, and same-day delivery, with end-to-end ownership and cross functional leadership to drive business results and elevate the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Lead cross platform device service initiatives, ensuring the customer journey aligns with the intended design across platforms.
- Develop and maintain the product vision, feature roadmaps, detailed requirements, and readiness for business support teams.
- Collaborate with business units, stakeholders, and leadership to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Use these analyses to drive innovation, identify root causes, and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
- Perform cost-benefit and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Regularly review key performance metrics to spot trends indicating customer pain points or revenue leakage.
- Establish working relationships with reporting resources to investigate anomalies and with IT platform owners to push for resolution.
- Create customer scenarios for production testing to ensure experiences remain correct after each release.
- Drive issues to closure promptly to uphold the customer first brand.
- Translate requests from marketing, consumer teams, or business units into a product construct that delivers the required feature set to meet forecasts.
- Interpret business needs into detailed product requirements for cross-functional review and refinement.
- Scope and prioritize work by business and customer impact; collaborate with architecture and development to manage technical debt and long-term investments; ensure production defects are prioritized for resolution.
- Engage with IT for detailed analysis of product requirements to minimize costs and accelerate delivery.
- Review system designs, participate in developer reviews, handle change requests, and approve test strategies to ensure thorough QA.
- As enhancements near completion, partner with marketing, consumer, and digital teams to align messaging, training, and the ability of the Journey BOT to assist customers.
- Lead the Product Portfolio and Demand Management IT capital prioritization framework, providing routine updates to senior leaders, vetting new projects, and training the team on enterprise prioritization processes to support advocacy within the broader Marketing organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant product management experience in an agile software product development environment with advanced understanding of customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
