US Mobile is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the direction, end-to-end experience, and business outcomes for a core part of how customers choose plans and devices, get service running, and manage it over time.

Role Overview

In this position, you will define strategy and execution for a major product area tied to the customer wireless journey. You will help shape what a better wireless experience looks like, leveraging US Mobile’s ability to bring multiple networks together to give customers greater choice, flexibility, and control.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, identifying customer problems and business opportunities that warrant investment.
  • Identify opportunities using customer research, product data, support insights, and market analysis; build clear rationales for what to pursue and why.
  • Make high-impact decisions on priorities, scope, and investment by balancing customer value, growth, profitability, and technical complexity.
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create strong consumer experiences, from the overall journey to key interactions and details that make complex tasks feel intuitive.
  • Lead execution from concept through launch, aligning teams on commitments, resolving obstacles, and surfacing risks early with recommended next steps.
  • Define success criteria and establish reliable measurement; run rigorous experiments and use results to decide what to improve, scale, or stop.
  • Own outcomes after launch with Design and Engineering by addressing quality issues and delivering measurable improvements for customers and the business.
  • Use AI to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, and delivery, applying judgment to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Work directly with the leadership team on product direction and investment decisions, and raise product execution standards through clear thinking, strong delivery, and coaching.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer products, with meaningful ownership of product strategy and measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated success leading consumer products at scale, with significant customer and business outcomes and evidence of how your decisions drove results.
  • Experience defining strategy for a major product area, uncovering overlooked opportunities, making difficult investment decisions, and translating direction into successful products.
  • Strong product judgment and craft, evidenced by intuitive and thoughtfully designed experiences built in close collaboration with Design and Engineering.
  • Deep analytical fluency, including the ability to work directly with data, design and interpret experiments, challenge assumptions, and make sound decisions when evidence is incomplete.
  • Commercial judgment using revenue, margin, retention, and unit economics to guide product priorities and investment.
  • Technical depth to engage with engineers on architecture, system constraints, and trade-offs between near-term delivery and long-term capabilities.
  • Track record delivering ambitious initiatives across teams while resolving competing priorities and maintaining quality as pace increases.
  • Practical AI fluency, including examples of using AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping, analysis, or delivery and evaluating output quality.
  • Clear, persuasive communication that influences executive decision-making and provides direction teams can execute.
  • Experience scaling consumer technology, subscription, or marketplace products is particularly relevant, including taking products from concept to commercial scale and building experimentation capabilities that improved team decisions.

Compensation and Location

  • Salary: USD 175,000 - 215,000 per year
  • Minimum experience: 8 years

Benefits

How You Will Work
