Job Description

Senior Product Manager - Technical, Efficiency & Automation for Support Products & Services role, based onsite in Seattle, WA, with a salary range of USD 151,200 - 225,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation and efficiency initiatives spanning campaign workflow optimization, knowledge management, creative asset management, and AI agent development.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-tool integrations, including Salesforce and Slack, by drafting business requirements, conducting technical scoping with engineering, coordinating partner dependencies, and navigating security and compliance approvals.
  • Own the roadmap for a centralized AI-enabled Advertising Services Knowledge Base, establishing governance, content quality standards, and metadata architecture to support role-specific agent customization.
  • Partner with engineering to accelerate platform launches across teams by optimizing resource allocation, setting launch criteria, and forecasting in-year operational savings.
  • Identify and prioritize new automation opportunities through deep operational analysis, quantify productivity impact, validate savings with Finance, and present proposals to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering features and weighing tradeoffs for a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services

A Day in the Life

  • Start the day by reviewing status across multiple in-flight engineering initiatives, ensuring technical scoping is on track, removing partner dependencies, and assessing delivery risks.
  • Participate in design reviews with engineers to explore scalability considerations and data governance approaches.
  • In the afternoon, draft or refine a business requirements document for a Salesforce integration based on input from stakeholders.
