Senior Program Manager, Product Operations, Prime Video Ads
Job Description
Senior Program Manager role to lead product operations for Prime Video Premium and Emerging Ads, onsite in Seattle, WA, with a compensation range of USD 115,600 to 185,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cross functional programs that optimize operations for Premium Ads offerings, including Sponsorships, Pause Ads, and emerging native formats.
- Craft and execute program roadmaps that align with business goals and the product vision for Premium Ads monetization.
- Leverage data analytics to inform pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization decisions.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently, delivering quality results across the US, EU5, and ICAA markets.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across APM Product, Prime Video, Brand Partnerships, Video Sales GTM, Ads Finance, and ACTS teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies tied to product launches and go-to-market efforts.
- Support change management initiatives and champion adoption of new premium advertising products.
- Define and monitor program KPIs to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify improvements and guide actions.
- Experience owning end-to-end program strategy, delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.
