Job Description
This onsite role in New York, NY leads cross-functional product operations for Prime Video Premium Ads within Amazon Publisher Monetization, driving operational excellence and end-to-end program delivery for sponsorships, pause ads, and emerging formats.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs that advance operational excellence for Premium Ads products, including Sponsorships, Pause Ads, and emerging native formats.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and the product vision for Premium Ads commercialization.
- Drive data driven decision making through analysis and insights across pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization.
- Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while delivering high quality results across the US, EU5, and ICAA markets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across APM Product, Prime Video, Brand Partnerships, Video Sales GTM, Ads Finance, and ACTS teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies that affect product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and promote adoption of new premium advertising products.
- Establish and monitor program KPIs to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify improvements and drive outcomes.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
