Job Description

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Owner in King of Prussia, PA (hybrid) to help define and deliver wealth management platform solutions. This role partners closely with Agile Scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, translate user needs into actionable backlog items, and ensure delivery aligns with both short-term execution and long-term product vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and own the product roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning delivery with business objectives and client needs.
  • Translate user requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
  • Represent and share the product vision with the scrum teams to support clear, consistent execution.
  • Lead Functional Grooming of user stories to ensure items are well understood and ready for development.
  • Act as the focal point for questions from the sprint team during both pre-sprint and in-sprint periods.
  • Confirm that technical architecture and technical design align with the product vision across both short-term and long-term horizons.
  • Execute the acceptance process for user stories.
  • Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver products that meet quality and security expectations.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, guiding the team toward high-value, scalable solutions.
  • Translate business strategy, business goals, and business processes into technical IT solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Very familiar with Standard SDLC processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administration skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working with databases is a strong plus, including creating queries and validating data using SQL and PL/SQL.

Compensation

USD 87,720 - 131,580 per year
