Sr Product Owner - AI Products

T-Mobile’s extended Product Management and Agile team is built for people who enjoy turning product intent into clear, executable work. In this onsite role in Frisco, TX, you’ll help keep delivery moving with a backlog that’s ready for continuous sprint execution, act as the primary contact for Dev and Customer teams on user story details, and support planning moments like PI.

You’ll be accountable for shaping and refining user stories, maintaining the Team/Sprint backlog as the single source of truth, and helping teams reach shared alignment across product owners. What you’ll do

• Build and maintain the Agile team backlog with ready user stories to support continuous sprint execution.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to write user stories and define acceptance criteria and tests.
• Facilitate synchronization meetings with other product owners and mentor peers to strengthen product ownership capabilities.
• Review and accept completed user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Support product managers in creating and managing product vision and technical roadmaps related to scope.
• Coordinate with other product owners to align backlogs for large, cross-functional initiatives.

What you bring

• Agile Methodology, Scrum, and backlog management experience.
• Strong product management and strategic thinking, with practical business acumen.
• Experience creating user stories, including data analysis and defining expectations for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to handle conflict resolution across teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced level understanding of customer experience.
• AI generated image gallery creation and moderation.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• 4+ years relevant experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer in an agile software product development environment.

Certifications

• CSPO – Scrum Product Owner certification

Compensation

Base pay range: $94,600 - $170,700 per year.

Corporate bonus target: 15%.

• Employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
• Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
• Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
