Sr Product Owner, Product Management and Digital Experience
Job Description
Sr Product Owner role based in Irving, TX (onsite) that owns the roadmap and delivery for enterprise applications and digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Define, champion, and execute a long-term product vision and strategy aligned to organizational goals and customer needs.
- Lead discovery by engaging stakeholders, customers, and market data to identify business needs and shape roadmap decisions.
- Manage large, complex product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment to business value.
- Drive cross-team and cross–business unit alignment; partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements.
- Facilitate roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and sprint reviews; communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
- Translate requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories with clear detail.
- Plan, sequence, coordinate, and deliver high-impact product releases, considering dependencies and impacts across teams and systems.
- Define KPIs and monitor product metrics to assess performance.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders; translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders; support timely release delivery.
- Provide thought leadership across product domains; collect and incorporate feedback to improve product outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Product Owners and other team members within an Agile environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution; or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner in Agile Development.
- 5+ years leading and managing large projects with budgets of $1M+ and stakeholder management at all levels.
- Certified Product Owner and/or Scale Agile Framework (SAFe), or 5+ years of related experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience applying prioritization methods including MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, and the Kano Model.
- Demonstrated product management expertise with strong system documentation knowledge, including APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Preferred
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in the dental, healthcare, or retail industry.

Salary: USD 117,000 - 153,000 per year
