Job Description
Intuit is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff Product Manager to steer the strategy and delivery of agentic AI capabilities for TurboTax, shaping how AI agents perform tasks, collaborate with customers, and uphold trust and accuracy in non-deterministic technology. This hybrid role requires onsite three days per week in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA, with possible flexibility to be based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Define and own a clear, multi-year vision and roadmap for agentic AI within TurboTax, translating complex user needs and business opportunities into measurable outcomes.
- Lead ideation, technical development, and rollout of innovative agentic AI features, collaborating closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy, trustworthy experiences.
- Shape product requirements for core AI models, agent orchestration logic, and human-in-the-loop processes, balancing user experience with rigorous tax accuracy standards.
- Plan and run data-driven experiments, including A/B tests and user studies, to validate hypotheses on agentic AI effectiveness, user trust, and filer confidence and accuracy.
- Cultivate partnerships across senior leadership and teams to align roadmaps and ensure cohesive execution of agentic AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years designing and delivering world-class software products, focusing on platforms, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML powered experiences.
- Extensive hands-on experience defining strategy for and delivering products built on Generative AI, complex ML models, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI systems at scale.
- Passion for solving intricate consumer problems, ideally in fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains where trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
- Strong technical intuition; comfortable collaborating with engineering and data science on system architecture, model capabilities, APIs, and trade-offs, translating AI concepts into clear product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative/technical field; MBA or equivalent experience considered.
