Staff Product Manager - Fraud Systems
Job Description
EchoStar is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Fraud Systems to help lead enterprise fraud prevention for wireless brands. This onsite role in Englewood, CO focuses on shaping the fraud product strategy and roadmap, coordinating an end-to-end fraud product lifecycle, and strengthening integrations across wireless usage, device, subscription, supply chain, and dealer channels. You will also leverage AI capabilities to improve anomaly detection and threat mitigation.
Salary: USD 96,250 - 137,500 per year.
What you will do
- Define and drive an enterprise Fraud Product strategy and roadmap across all wireless brands to support margin assurance.
- Own product requirements documentation, prioritize features with business partners, and address critical security vulnerabilities.
- Guide the fraud platform lifecycle and manage integrations across Boost, Ting, MVNE, MNO, and PaaS environments.
- Assess external vendor solutions, compare enhancements to operational costs, and lead fraud platform integration for new business acquisitions.
- Use AI Application capabilities to enhance anomaly detection, automate fraud pattern analysis, and optimize threat mitigation models.
What you bring
- Critical experience developing fraud platforms, managing complex business requirements, and delivering end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of the fraud solutions marketplace, margin assurance frameworks, and emerging telecom risk vectors.
- AI application skills to evaluate predictive risk models, streamline threat detection workflows, and improve fraud analytics.
- Experience partnering with external vendors, evaluating platform enhancement costs, and aligning technical decisions with business objectives.
- Leadership and team management experience with cross-functional decision-making across product development cycles.
- Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years experience in the Wireless and/or Telecom industries.
- 7 years experience with fraud platform development, margin assurance, and integration lifecycle management.
- 7 years experience gathering complex business requirements and creating PRDs.
- 7 years experience with Wireless or telecom infrastructure environments, including MVNE, MNO, or PaaS ecosystems.
