Lead technical product execution within BlackRock’s Aladdin Product Management team, shaping product vision and advancing the roadmap end-to-end.

Influence cross-functional teams across Aladdin to drive strategic product decisions
Build and apply a strong understanding of business, stakeholder, and client needs
Gather, evaluate, and define detailed product requirements and product specifications
Develop, prioritize, and maintain roadmaps
Provide quarterly updates on deliverables and create management communications content
Develop a strong understanding of competitors and industry trends
Partner with engineering, researchers, and stakeholders to develop, pilot, and launch technology capabilities across the investment lifecycle

4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or client service
Experience building and launching technology in a B2B or B2C market
Demonstrable track record of creating, growing, and running a product line to market success
Commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and concisely
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred: experience and knowledge of AI/ML
