VP, Treasury Management Product Manager

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 140,000 per year, with the potential for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned treasury management offerings
• Own all elements of the product, including service-related challenges
• Monitor market trends, technologies and competitive offers related to the product set
• Grow the revenue contribution of the bank’s product portfolio
• Design, assess financial feasibility and evaluate operational impact of product offerings
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market
• Own product deficiencies and lead efforts to resolve issues
• Maintain a log of product issues with discovery and resolution dates
• Lead idea generation for new products and product marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain policy language in partnership with Operations, Compliance and Audit
• Provide support and product training to frontline team members
• Present to stakeholders across the organization, including Executive Management

Requirements

• Education: College degree required; majors in Finance, Marketing or business-related fields preferred but not required
• Experience: Minimum five years of banking experience; seven years preferred, with at least three years in Product Development, Product Management or an equivalent role
• Subject matter expertise in XAA
• FIS/IBS expertise
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with software tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical and research capabilities with high attention to detail, organized with strong prioritization
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple objectives with minimal supervision
• Bilingual Chinese is a plus but not required
