Job Description

This on-site role in El Monte, California leads the planning and execution of deposit and fee-based offerings across the product lifecycle, aligning product vision with IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive revenue, customer satisfaction and strategic outcomes. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 140,000 per year, with the potential for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned treasury management offerings
- Own all elements of the product, including service-related challenges
- Monitor market trends, technologies and competitive offers related to the product set
- Grow the revenue contribution of the bank’s product portfolio
- Design, assess financial feasibility and evaluate operational impact of product offerings
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market
- Own product deficiencies and lead efforts to resolve issues
- Maintain a log of product issues with discovery and resolution dates
- Lead idea generation for new products and product marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain policy language in partnership with Operations, Compliance and Audit
- Provide support and product training to frontline team members
- Present to stakeholders across the organization, including Executive Management
Requirements
- Education: College degree required; majors in Finance, Marketing or business-related fields preferred but not required
- Experience: Minimum five years of banking experience; seven years preferred, with at least three years in Product Development, Product Management or an equivalent role
- Subject matter expertise in XAA
- FIS/IBS expertise
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with software tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Analytical and research capabilities with high attention to detail, organized with strong prioritization
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple objectives with minimal supervision
- Bilingual Chinese is a plus but not required
