1LMX Acquire to Retire Value Stream Product Owner

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Acquire to Retire value stream within the 1LMX portfolio. The role oversees the build, delivery, and ongoing operations for Capital, Overhead, Property Management, Asset Accounting, and Lease Lifecycle Management, partnering across the enterprise to enable agile, cost-efficient processes. Based in Bethesda, MD with remote work options, the position supports a balance of collaboration and flexibility while guiding cross-functional teams toward strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the A2R value stream through OneLM Build and Implementation
• Understands how North Stars and Monuments influence business process design for the value stream, ensuring the Build meets functional requirements
• Holds deep process knowledge with awareness of cross-value stream requirements, pain points, and integration points, aligned with BA and Corporate processes
• Fosters cross-organizational collaboration to achieve both tactical and strategic objectives
• Oversees the Agile Team within their function and facilitates/manages business process design
• Engages process owners, functional council, and executive leadership to report status and escalate risks or issues for rapid resolution
• Empowered to make timely decisions
• Works closely with business transformation leads, IT solution architects, and data architects to identify process modifications, data transformations, and appropriate deployment of capabilities
• Maintains current state baseline in the Operations & Maintenance environment

• Washington state specifics: Non-represented employees accrue PTO and holidays as described, while represented employees accrue vacation, sick leave, and holidays with prorated totals based on start date.
