Job Description

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate market trends and customer needs, helping shape product vision and strategy. You will turn research into product requirements and roadmap recommendations while presenting your findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to develop product strategies and define features.
  • Conduct research using customer interviews, data analysis, and market studies to identify actionable insights.
  • Convert research findings into product requirements, user stories, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Present insights and concepts to stakeholders to build alignment and support across teams.
  • Develop clear narratives that inform vision, guide decisions, and support innovation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex issues and influence peers and leaders.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working across diverse teams.
  • Ability to define use cases, requirements, and user stories that shape product roadmaps.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for learning, innovation, and driving impact.

Compensation and Pay Range

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, with different pay based on defined markets.

  • U.S. pay range: $105,300 - $205,150 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
  • California pay range: $141,700 - $205,150 annually.

At Adobe, starting salaries follow role-specific structures: non-sales roles are expressed as base salary with short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
