Agile Product Owner Level 3 or 4

Onsite Agile Product Owner (Level 3 or 4) for a software product team based in Dulles, VA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner of a software development team
• Serve as the CAM, keep budget updated, manage staffing plan
• Provide regular briefings to Executive Leadership and Customers
• Coordinate and prioritize the needs for multiple stakeholders across multiple products
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions addressing Government needs across programs and advance warfighter capabilities
• Own the integrated Product Roadmap, defining priorities of software capabilities aligned with stakeholder mission needs
• Iterate the Product Roadmap with stakeholders to address evolving priorities
• Decompose stakeholders’ needs to create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog; support backlog refinement and story mapping
• Drive team performance to meet sprint and release commitments, escalate and remove impediments, and report progress to senior management
• Engage in Program Increment (PI) Planning Activities; ensure PI objectives reflect customer priorities and business value, identify risks and dependencies for the Scrum Team and across the program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or similar plus 5 years of experience, or a Master’s with 3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or similar plus 8 years of experience, or a Master’s with 6 years of experience
• Software Development experience
• Experience working in satellite operations, satellite ground systems, or astrodynamics
• 1+ years of CAM experience
• 2+ years of CAM experience
• EVM Experience 1+ years
• 2+ years EVM Experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain and maintain SCI access at time of application
• Product Owner Certification

• Current SCI clearance

Salary Range

• Primary level salary range: $114,000.00 - $213,400.00 per year
