Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, Banking Product Owner to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the One Financial platform from our on-site office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This leadership role coordinates across business, engineering, and UX to deliver scalable platform capabilities, drive adoption, and align with enterprise objectives and architecture. Responsibilities

Define and deliver the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the One Financial platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and architecture standards
Serve as the primary liaison among business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to maximize platform value and drive adoption across multiple products and units
Translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities emphasizing reusability, integration, and long-term sustainability
Communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing immediate delivery priorities with future scalability and performance
Represent the voice of customers and stakeholders across experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to guide decisions
Own and prioritize the product backlog, creating epics and user stories tied to business value, risk, and technical dependencies
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities using Agile/Scrum methods
Establish and enforce platform standards including APIs, data models, and integration patterns for consistency and interoperability
Drive platform governance, including versioning, lifecycle management, and backward compatibility across releases
Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and value realization; apply data-driven insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage trade-offs, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Support financial analyses and business case development, including ROI, cost optimization, and platform investment decisions

Requirements

Combined 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, consumer lending, or core banking
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with PowerPoint and ability to convey complex concepts through visuals

Preferred Qualifications

Track record of leading teams delivering complex projects
Experience deploying agentic AI use cases or building AI agents for banking workflows
Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate beyond traditional consulting approaches
Strength in visual storytelling tools including PowerPoint and data visualization platforms
