Product Owner, Global Banking

UBS is seeking a Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Banker Portal within the BP Admin agile pod.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the Banker Portal in the BP Admin agile pod
• Translate Capital Markets and Advisory priorities into execution plans; manage the backlog to deliver business goals
• Deliver high-quality, compliant Banker Portal solutions while following risk and security policies
• Identify and address impediments; coordinate across pods and align with crew leads
• Represent the pod with internal stakeholders and clients to drive shared outcomes
• Motivate and support pod members, contributing to growth and well-being
• Define pod competencies in collaboration with crew and chapter leads; provide regular feedback to support high performance

Requirements

• Experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership, including experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team
• Track record delivering complex products to clients, ideally in financial services or investment banking
• Ability to set outcome-focused goals using OKRs and support the business in achieving them
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and agile mindset
• Excellent active listening and communication skills; ability to build effective networks and partnerships across all levels
• Collaborative team player who can engage, motivate, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Curiosity about how AI can improve building, delivery, and workflow optimization; exercise sound judgment by validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

Compensation

• USD 200,000 - 275,000 per year (indicative gross base salary range, full-time equivalent)
• Expected salary may vary based on role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level
