Coordinator, Cruise Product Operations
Job Description
Coordinate Cruise Product Operations to keep Flight+Cruise vacation bookings accurate, optimized, and ready for customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain manual Flights + Cruise vacation bundles for net-rate cruise partners, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company quality standards.
- Review daily system error reports and support troubleshooting to identify and resolve root causes.
- Optimize inventory availability by monitoring cluster status and proactively re-packaging unpackaged items to match demand requirements.
- Assist the Customer Care call center with executing manual itinerary changes.
- Support special projects by adapting to changing business needs and fulfilling additional responsibilities as requested.
- Manage the Cruise Content Management System (CMS) by updating cruise pods and maintaining rate accuracy on the website.
- Monitor inventory availability and flag discrepancies or issues to the broader team.
- Collaborate with Marketing to update pages and ensure promotional content matches live product.
- Maintain the Interline Rates Sheet and keep SharePoint tasks, Outlook logs, and image assets up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of customer service or related experience.
- 1 year of Hospitality, Business, Technology, or related field experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint; and Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication with professional interaction across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration and a positive attitude in a high-pressure team setting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located; US authorization required.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience with room inventory allocation and management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or airline industry, especially hotel distribution, reservations, or connectivity systems.
- Familiarity with GDS, Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), or other third-party connectivity platforms.
- Experience with contract loading, rate management, or promotions setup in a hospitality or travel environment.
- Knowledge of JetBlue systems, policies, or processes.
- Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or technical troubleshooting for connectivity solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends for process improvement.
- Time management skills to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
- Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, product, or technology teams.

- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, assist with light aircraft cleaning.
