Digital Payments Product Owner
Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Digital Payments Product Owner in Charlotte, NC (onsite) to help clients improve how digital payment capabilities operate in real-world business workflows. This role blends process analysis, solution implementation support, and digital payments domain work across benchmarking, research, and documentation, with close collaboration alongside technical teams to keep systems stable and performing well.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client business processes to find optimization opportunities and map them to industry-specific standards and best practices.
- Facilitate benchmarking studies by partnering with stakeholders, helping align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows aligned with functional requirements for the relevant sector.
- Conduct in-depth research on third-party products in the digital payments domain, producing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
- Coordinate solution implementation, addressing issues that arise during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs to ensure system stability and performance after go-live.
