Digital Product Manager

This hybrid role in Kissimmee, Florida blends on-site collaboration with flexible remote work. The Digital Product Manager supports the Senior Product Manager in delivering digital experiences and commercial products, translating the digital strategy into prioritized user stories and managing product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Align with the digital strategy for a product line or brand and translate it into actionable guidance as defined by the product team.
• Convert strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of product requirements across the full development lifecycle.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and guide testing teams with detailed test cases to verify the user story meets expectations.
• Manage the feature development and defect backlog daily to keep priorities aligned with the strategic direction.
• Oversee the execution of creative assets such as visual design, content strategy, and copy to support a feature and stay aligned with the vision.
• Participate in daily scrums with development studios to influence priority decisions and remove obstacles.
• Support multiple cross-functional teams and development studios to maintain a solid understanding of scope.
• Communicate changes in strategy or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Pricing, Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, and Park Operations, to shape scope and manage expectations.
• Assist the Product team in translating the digital vision into executive presentations for leadership and partners.

Requirements

• Strategic thinker who can translate ideas into action with a positive, proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Digital and eCommerce experience is a plus, but not required.
• Digital product management experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex issues.
