The Digital Product Owner role at Cambridge Savings Bank drives delivery of high-impact digital experiences for both consumer and business banking.

Collaborate with business line owners to shape product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned digital products
Align digital product investments to customer needs and overall business strategy
Own the execution of defined product experiences and ensure successful delivery of digital customer capabilities
Bring customer perspective to prioritization using research, analytics, operational insights, and market trends
Partner with engineering, UX, operations, and third-party providers to deliver secure, scalable digital capabilities
Continuously improve customer experience through iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Build alignment across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to support product decisions
Track and measure product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and use data to guide roadmap updates
Ensure products follow enterprise governance, security, risk, and regulatory standards while maximizing value from technology investments
Apply experience delivering consumer-facing web and mobile products, including user experience principles and digital customer journeys
Perform additional duties as required

5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, preferably in banking or financial services
Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, computer science, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Agile product development principles and backlog management
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues and solutions to multiple levels of the organization
Proven time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
