Job Description

Based in Waltham, MA with hybrid work options, this role leads the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution to automate manufacturability review across geographies, including an Intelligent DFM Workbench powered by AI.

Responsibilities

Vision and strategy: Define and advance a multi-year DFM roadmap across the organization, establishing a single global workbench that supports both staff and AI reviewers to speed the custom parts production lifecycle. Near-term priorities focus on routing orders to the appropriate DFM engineer, with expansion planned into an AI-driven workbench.

Drive measurable outcomes: Define and monitor key metrics such as DFM handle time, sign-off latency, the gap between contractual promises and pre-start capture, RMA rate, and regional rework, using them to prioritize the roadmap.
