Job Description

At FedEx, you will lead a critical digital product area end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that align with company strategy. This role blends product leadership with measurable outcomes, with opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, agentic capabilities, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) as you shape the product direction.

What you’ll focus on

  • Own product strategy and execution: define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area or customer journey.
  • Lead customer discovery: run customer interviews, conduct competitive research, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery: collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build, launch, and iterate solutions.
  • Measure and improve: define KPIs, track feature success, and use results to inform iteration.
  • Prioritize with clarity: make trade-offs across competing demands and communicate the rationale to stakeholders.
  • Secure alignment: influence cross-functional leaders and executives to gain buy-in on product direction.
  • Support team growth: mentor junior PMs and help build organizational learning and best practices.

What you bring

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Stakeholder leadership: ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
  • Analytical depth: strong skills in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication, including experience preparing executive-level presentations.

AI and platform experience (preferred)

  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for high-scale API products, platforms, or enterprise integrations.
  • Ability to translate customer, business, and developer requirements into scalable platform capabilities and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Track record delivering end-to-end API product offerings, including API contracts, schemas, developer experience, documentation, versioning, backward compatibility, and lifecycle governance.
  • Experience as an AI-native Product Manager, identifying opportunities to incorporate AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into digital products and platforms.
  • Skills in defining and delivering agent-ready capabilities that enable AI agents to securely discover, access, and interact with enterprise data and services.
  • Strong partnership skills with Engineering and Architecture teams, influencing API design, scalability, security, authentication, authorization, performance, resiliency, and technical trade-offs.
  • Expertise in product success metrics such as adoption, transaction volume, availability, latency, error rates, data quality, reliability, and operational performance.
  • Use of customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and quantitative data to identify opportunities, address product gaps, and prioritize investments.
  • Experience working deeply with cross-functional technical teams on complex architectural and engineering considerations.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI products, agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or APIs/tools/platforms designed for AI agents is strongly preferred.

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories. If you live within a 50-mile radius of a FedEx campus, you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.
