Group Product Manager

PRADCO is seeking a Group Product Manager to steer the strategy, lifecycle performance, and profitability of its key industrial product lines from the Mansfield, Ohio site. This senior, enterprise‑level role blends setting a clear product vision with roadmap execution, cross‑functional alignment, and people development to drive sustained business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the long‑term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for assigned product lines.
• Align product strategy with goals for growth, margin improvement, and market expansion.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, from development and launch through sustainment and rationalization.
• Drive disciplined stage‑gate execution and ongoing lifecycle optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers.
• Partner cross‑functionally to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Incorporate customer, field, and market insights into product decisions.
• Own product line financial performance, including pricing, margins, and ROI.
• Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Establish KPIs, standardized processes, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• 5–10 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle performance.
• Experience with industrial or engineered products preferred.

Compensation

Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 per year
