Group Product Manager

PRADCO is seeking a Group Product Manager in Mansfield, Ohio to lead the strategy, lifecycle performance, and profitability of its core industrial product lines. The role owns the product vision and roadmap execution and coordinates across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, reporting to the Director of Sales. This position is on site and requires a hands-on approach to both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward the long‑term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the key product lines.
• Ensure the product strategy supports growth, margin expansion, and market reach objectives.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle from development and launch through sustainment and rationalization.
• Drive disciplined stage‑gate processes and ongoing lifecycle improvements.
• Coach and develop a team of product managers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Incorporate customer feedback, field input, and market insights into product decisions.
• Own the financial performance of the product line, including pricing, margins, and ROI.
• Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Establish KPIs, standardize processes, and implement performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• 5–10 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle performance.

Compensation

Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 per year
