The position carries a salary range of USD 145,000 to 185,000 per year, DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Define and advance the product roadmap for controllers, hydraulics, sensors, and overall system capabilities
- Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements
- Specify requirements across hardware, sensing, connectivity, and related software
- Align the roadmap with company strategy, balancing performance, cost, reliability, and installability
- Incorporate field and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Lead cross functional programs from concept through productization and launch
- Coordinate hardware, firmware, software, operations, and marketing through established development processes
- Ensure products are manufacturable, installable, and serviceable
- Manage timelines, milestones, documentation, and risks to deliver successfully
- Establish and nurture key hardware, sensor, and technology partnerships
- Support product positioning, packaging, and SKU definition
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to align products with customer needs
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles for hardware or connected products
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional products from concept to launch
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to operate across hardware, software, and real-world workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
