Health Insurance Product Manager

Clinical Magnet is seeking a Health Insurance Product Manager (Federal) for a remote, direct-hire role supporting a collaborative hospital system team in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Own product accountability across cross-functional teams by translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Drive product development execution for next-generation healthcare products
• Identify and lead process improvements across the product development lifecycle
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight discovery to surface product opportunities
• Build and present business cases, including financial modeling, pricing input, and ROI evaluation
• Assess new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements
• Support innovation initiatives aligned to digital health, value-based care, and benefit design
• Ensure product designs, benefits, and supporting materials comply with CMS, state, and federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of product management in healthcare or a related field (required)
• 2 years of strong, recent experience with individual or ACA federal insurance products
• Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or New York

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD 97,000 - 122,000 per year (based on experience)
