Healthcare Product Manager II

IDR, Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Product Manager II for a remote opportunity based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will own clinician workflow product strategy and help drive delivery across both web and mobile platforms within a regulated healthcare environment.

You will guide the work from early discovery through roadmap planning, launch, measurement, and ongoing iteration. The position is built around close collaboration with Engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders, along with partners who support compliance, privacy, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for physician-facing platform capabilities across web and mobile.
• Lead continuous discovery activities including interviews, workflow analysis, and data review to validate problems and shape solutions.
• Translate complex clinical and business needs into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Clinical Ops, and Compliance/Privacy/Security to align delivery and governance.
• Define and track success metrics (including adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction) and iterate based on outcomes and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 2+ years of product management (or closely related) experience delivering digital products from discovery through launch.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product opportunities, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Strong data-informed decision-making using both qualitative and quantitative inputs for effective prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
