International Product Manager

As an International Product Manager for JPMorganChase in Plano, TX, you will help shape end-to-end product execution for international infrastructure platform services. This staff-level role focuses on enabling scalable, resilient, and standardized capabilities across regions while acting as the voice of the customer. You will maintain the tools and operating practices that support portfolio insights and service improvements, without owning the roadmap.

What you’ll deliver

• Build a product strategy and product vision that drives customer value for global infrastructure platforms.
• Lead discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap through the appropriate processes.
• Own and maintain a product backlog that supports delivery aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Define and track key success measures including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for global infrastructure platform services supporting international office and branch environments.

How you’ll work

You will partner across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and line-of-business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure capabilities across diverse site types. The role includes prioritizing investment decisions based on customer needs, operational requirements, risk considerations, and business value outcomes, while driving adoption of platform standards, service patterns, and hosting models to improve consistency, speed to delivery, and operational efficiency.

You will also collaborate with technology teams to enhance resiliency, failover capabilities, network segmentation, and overall platform reliability, using data-driven insights to monitor service health, customer experience, adoption, and business impact. Regular communication with senior leaders and cross-functional partners will keep product vision, roadmap priorities, and delivery progress aligned while balancing competing priorities and dependencies.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience managing products involving technology infrastructure, network, platform, cloud, or enterprise technology in a complex global environment.
• Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, availability, stability, and risk management principles for enterprise technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, operations, architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer and business requirements into roadmaps, features, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including presenting recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: USD 133,000 - 215,000 per year, determined based on role, experience, skill set, and location.
• Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation.

Additional preferred qualifications

• Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Experience supporting global infrastructure platforms, network services, workplace technology, or branch and office technology solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts including WAN connectivity, resiliency models, segmentation, and failover strategies.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, security controls, and regulatory or risk management frameworks.
• Experience developing products for geographically distributed users and international business operations.
• Track record leading platform modernization, standardization, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a highly regulated financial services environment or similarly complex industry.
