Platform Product Manager

World Wide Technology Holding, LLC is hiring a Platform Product Manager to shape the roadmap and delivery for a designated business platform. This onsite role in St. Louis, MO combines operational rigor with cross-functional leadership, with an emphasis on delivering measurable value to users.

Compensation: USD 126,800 - 190,200 per year. Work location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO.

What you will be doing

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a specific business platform.
• Align platform initiatives with stakeholder requirements and business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform needs by gathering and prioritizing requirements from multiple groups.
• Run user feedback sessions, support market research, and perform needs analysis to define and prioritize platform features and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements, new features, and operational improvements on time and within scope.
• Ensure the platform operates with high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Support incident response, change management, and risk mitigation for platform operations.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and other departments to maintain alignment on platform goals and progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and adoption of best practices.
• Track and report on platform performance, user adoption, and business impact to ensure measurable value.
• Ensure platform activities adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and cybersecurity policies.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product or platform management, working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex technology platforms.
• Understanding of platform architecture, SDLC, and technology integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud or enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of operational excellence, including incident and change management.
• Skilled at engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of analysts or product owners.
• Strong requirements gathering, user research, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and business teams, and the ability to facilitate meetings and drive consensus.
• Proven success setting and delivering product vision and roadmaps.
• Experience tracking platform performance and business impact.
