IT Product Manager- Integrated Business Planning
Job Description

This onsite role in Draper, UT focuses on building IT products that align with Sales priorities, using agile ways of working, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with business teams and internal stakeholders to translate needs into practical design, delivery, and iteration that drive measurable value.
What you’ll do
- Align IT product initiatives and technology capabilities with business unit objectives, identifying innovation and technical improvements that deliver value to users and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with business unit managers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration to ensure business goals and user expectations are met
- Lead product design and implementation by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring product milestones are delivered on time
- Apply agile methodologies, manage sprints, facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement through iterative solutions
- Use emerging technology trends and conduct market analysis to propose enhancements that improve business impact and user satisfaction
- Maintain product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and enablement for users
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues and deliver outcomes aligned with business needs
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including business value delivery (for example revenue, customer lifetime value, churn), user adoption, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, return on investment, product strategy alignment, intake-to-solution time, time-to-market, team engagement, career progression tracking, documentation discoverability, and cross-functional collaboration
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field (required)
- 4+ years of product management or technology management experience (preferred)
- Experience leading initiatives, products, or services that support organizational technology evolution, ideally for business units or operations functions
- Product lifecycle management and market analysis experience
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking, innovation, and business analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in Agile and/or Kanban methodologies
- Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in technological trends and user-centric product development
